Our General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. PRICES INCLUDE
Everything mentioned in the itineraries: all transport by private car, all hotels and various accommodations.
Meals (with exception of one dinner at a restaurant in the touring offers (optional)), park entrance fees, thermal baths, guides.
2. PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
- Administrative fees €50
- International flights and airport taxes
- Drinks
- Personal expenses
- Certain meals and optional activities (which are clearly indicated)
- Comprehensive insurance (repatriation insurance)
- Pharmacy or medical expenses (hospitalization, evacuation, etc.)
- Personal evening transport (eg. by taxi)
- Extra accommodation when trip is extended
- Extra meals and/or activities before your departure and/or taxi to the airport.

3. RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Signature of quote, completion and signing of reservation form.
If your reservation is made more than 60 days prior to departure date, a payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay is required.
Payment of the entire trip is due 60 days prior the departure date.
4. PAYMENT METHOD
A single international bank transfer for the group.
Cash payments are acceptable.
Cheques are not acceptable.
5. TERMS OF CANCELLATION
- 60 days before departure, both parties may cancel without conditions.
- In a period of 60 days preceding departure, and if the trip has been confirmed by both parties, participants must pay the entire amount.
Clients can then purchase their own airline tickets.
Cancellations will be charged as follows:
-from 46 to 60 days before departure: 300 euros
- from 0 to 45 days before departure: 50% of the total travel amount
6. IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION BY COSTATOURICA
If for unexpected reasons the trip is canceled, you will be fully refunded for all amounts paid to Costatourica.
However, Costatourica will not be responsible for costs incurred following your reservation: non-refundable air travel, vaccinations, visas, loss of use.
We advise you to take out insurance to cover cancellation costs.
7. INSURANCE
Costatourica cannot under any circumstances be held responsible - in whole or in part - in the event of bodily injury, illness, theft, loss, equipment damage, resulting from any event.
Personal travel insurance including repatriation is mandatory.
8. EXTRA COSTS LINKED TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
If our itinerary has to be modified for reasons beyond our control, such as : medical emergencies, unfavorable weather conditions, or socio-political unrest, any costs incurred are to be met by the client. Clients must therefore be in posession of a valid international credit card.
9. CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO COSTA RICA
A passport valid for a period exceeding 6 months from the return date is obligatory. No visa is required for European or Northern American citizens.
10. HEALTH
A good physical condition is necessary to fully benefit from the trip.
All persons validating the reservation certify that they do not suffer from any particular disorder that could perturb their planned stay.
No vaccination is necessary.
11. IMAGE RIGHTS
By signing the contract and participating in a trip organized by Costatourica, clients consent to their image (photos and videos) being captured and used by Costatourica for promotional purposes, on various media such as the website, social networks, brochures, and other means of communication.
If a client does not wish their image to be used, they must explicitly notify us by signing an image use refusal form, available upon request. This form must be signed and returned before the begining of the trip. Without this notification, Costatourica reserves the right to use the images in accordance with these terms and conditions.
